The Ellen Show is one of my favorite TV talk shows! She is extremely funny, she loves music, and an all around great entertainer! On this particular show (aired 9/23/09) she introduces her audience to auto- tune.....and then has a special guest! Can you guess who it might me?

If you missed his (no commercials) September 11 charity event broadcasted at Madison Square Garden you missed a great show. Appearences by Mary J. Blige, Pharrell, Kanye West, Rhianna, Beyonce' and Kid Cudi. Jay-Z new Lp Blueprint 3 is a really crafty album displaying how Jay-Z has matured into a man and developed a business mental. I love this album and until I hear better...Blueprint 3 will be in HEAVY ROTATION.
By the way this was Rhianna's first performance since her incident with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
The Park at Fourthteenth in Washington, DC is a great place to hang out. This club/lounge venue is full of young professionals and a lot of room for either networking, having a drink, or just plain fun, this is the spot to be.
On this particular occassion I was going to a collegue/cousin Bachelor/bachelorette party and they had a VIP spot sectioned off for us! Great service....terrific.... drinks...on point!
And who do me and Joel run into? Yep Julissa....former/temporary 106 & Park co-host (Big Tigger was the other) at Park!
I had a great time! But I will be a Park again! ......Just be careful where you PARK downtown! They are QUICK to give tickets.... :)
A video surfaced yesterday of Maia Campbell apparently under the influence of crack cocaine. I said apparently because this is the rumor that has been circulating. I debated whether or not if I should post the video because it shows Maia in such a negative light. However, I decided to post it because maybe people will begin to pray for her. In the video you will hear guys laughing at her which is really sad that they are making a mockery of her downfall instead of helping her.
My advice to all young people aspiring to get into entertainment is: Don't get caught up in the hype. It is OKAY to say NO (to drugs)!!! Fitting in is not cool....STANDING OUT is what makes people notice you are doing GREAT things.
